The 12-channel Scanning Thermometer is capable of storing and recalling up to 4,680 sets of date-and-time-stamped readings.
Applications include situations where simultaneous monitoring of temperatures during different process steps or phases are critical. Available in benchtop and wall mount models, the units will scan and log up to 12 thermocouple inputs from any combination of J, K, T, E, N, B, R and S thermocouple probes.
Both thermometer models can link up to eight units together to expand channel capacity. Each channel is calibrated separately to minimize probe offset. The readings are displayed in large alphanumeric LCD numbers. Temperature ranges vary depending on the thermocouple used.
Each of the 12 thermocouple inputs can be programmed to scan from every four seconds to every hour. Current readings may be sent directly to a computer or printer at chosen intervals. The included Windows 95/98NT software controls and displays up to eight scanners at once. Logged data can be saved to a disk or imported into another program.
