Spicewood, Tex — The Dark Report, a leading source of business intelligence for laboratory executives, has announced a call for participation in its second-annual survey of salary, compensation, and benefits for laboratory CEOs and senior administrators. Reportedly the largest salary survey of clinical lab executives, The Dark Report says its results can help labs and human resources teams develop market-competitive salary and benefits programs for its managers.

Each year, the survey questionnaires are assembled and analyzed by Slone Partners, a national recruitment firm specializing in the diagnostic laboratory industry. The Dark Report publishes and distributes the final Laboratory CEO Salary Survey.

More than 200 of the nation’s larger clinical, molecular, anatomic, and hospital laboratory organizations are reportedly receiving the survey confidential questionnaire. As an incentive for  participating, upon receipt of a completed survey questionnaire a donation will be made by The Dark Report to one of the following charities of the survey taker’s choice: American Red Cross, Teach for America, or the National Council on Aging. Participating laboratories will also receive a copy of the final report

An analysis of the survey’s findings is scheduled to be presented by Adam Slone, CEO of Slone Partners, at the upcoming [removed]16th-Annual Executive War College on Laboratory and Pathology Management[/removed], May 3-4, in New Orleans.
