pn01.JPG (18058 bytes)     Four new analytes have been added to the Lyphochek Whole Blood Metals Control: arsenic, cadmium, mercury and thallium. These have been identified in the occupational health industry as important markers in the monitoring of exposure levels in workers. Assayed values for ICP/MS have been included in the product insert for these new analytes.
Lyphochek Whole Blood Metals control is a lyophilized product prepared from human whole blood and is designed to provide an unbiased assessment of a laboratory’s trace metals testing system. Unopened, the control is stable for three years when stored refrigerated. Once reconstituted, all analytes in the control will be stable for one day under the same condition.
