The EZ-Rays Slide Kit is a universal chemistry attachment for oligonucleotides and PCR product microarrays.
The kits have been designed to allow the laboratorian to produce high quality microarrays. It is based on a technology that uses a proprietary three-dimensional coating and the properties of Acrydite-modified oligo probes to achieve a covalent binding of the probes to the slide surface.
The kits work out of the box, providing sensitivity with low background and high signal intensity. The controlled manufacturing process furnishes a uniform coating that can ensure slide-to-slide, and lot-to-lot consistency, leading to reproducible hybridizations. The kit includes 20 coated slides and the required reagents for spotting and hybridization (except probes and labeled cDNA).
In addition, this company offers an EZ-Rays Validation Kit, which contains spotting and hybridization control reagents to eliminate protocol guesswork. Each validation kit includes two EZ-Rays control pre-printed slides, pre-labeled cDNA, and Acrydite oligonucleotide probes for printing.
