photo The HepCheck Whole Blood Control is for use with the Hemochron P214 glass-activated ACT tube.
Each box contains 15 vials and is available in two ranges, Level 1 (DCP214-N) and Level 2 (DCP214-A). The procedure requires laboratorians to crack the liquid ampule, invert to mix, and dispense contents into the P214 test tube, typically used for dialysis and ECMO applications.
The three-step process requires no reconstitution; simply crack, mix and test. The product allows for fast and easy QC, less operator variability and fewer fault messages.
A free trial is available to current users of Hemochron instruments and P214 tubes.
