UK-based Novarum DX will introduce its smartphone-based technology for lateral flow tests at Medica 2013. The Novarum Reader is designed to work with mobile technology to facilitate results interpretation regardless of geographic location.
According to Novarum, the system can prolong diagnostics assays’ shelf life by avoiding redevelopment costs and offering immediate pass/fail results. It also improves reliability by eliminating human error and providing instant and secure online access. Various blue-chip organizations are currently developing Novarum software for use with disease monitoring and detection, as well as environmental and employee screening.
Novarum representatives will be available at Medica (in the BBI Solutions booth F24 in Hall 1) to demonstrate the software.
