Haptoglobin, transferrin, C3 and C4 are now available in prefilled cartridges for use on Synchron CX and LX chemistry analyzers. Each kit has two 60-test cartridges containing liquid reagents. These immunoturbidimetric assays are run on serum and require no sample predilutions.
These reagents are stable on-board for 30 days and calibrated for 14 days. These four tests can be calibrated with the same multiprotein calibrator set. IgG, IgA, IgM, and prealbumin also can be calibrated with this calibrator.
Also available for use with these kits is an assayed two-level liquid multiprotein control from this company.
