The ProxiPlate-384 F can be used for performing homogenous studies with this company’s proprietary Homogenous Time-Resolved Fluorescence technology measured in the Discovery microplate analyzer.
The microplate is manufactured from a special low fluorescence resin and is suitable for fluorescence applications where sterility is not required. It has a shallow well with a total volume of 30µL.
Consequently samples are positioned closer to the instruments’ detectors, and this produces an enhanced light signal output. This effect can yield an increase in sensitivity, allows for effective miniaturization and results in reduced reagent costs.
