Antek HealthWare LLC will introduce LabDAQ+ laboratory information system at the AACC Clinical Lab Expo in Chicago. LabDAQ+, the newest addition to the spectrum of LabDAQ LIS solutions, is specifically designed to meet the needs of small hospitals, clinics, and larger testing facilities.
Antek developed LabDAQ+ with new product features and product modules that provide real and tangible user benefits. Innovation, continuous product improvement, ease of use, and enhanced workflow management are all hallmarks of LabDAQ+.
Some of the features of LabDAQ+ are insurance filtering, medical necessity database and software, a new automated microbiology module, a dynamic management review module, and web-based ordering and results. LabDAQ+ also provides exclusive new management tools, including network monitoring, scheduling/task updates, and real-time workflow analysis that will enhance and redefine the LIS experience for both administration and information technology departments. HL7 interfaces with other software systems within the healthcare environment, such as electronic medical records (EMR), practice management systems (PMS), and hospital information systems (HIS) are also included.
