Designated for in vitro diagnostic use, the BindaZyme range of Beta 2 Glycoprotein (B2GP1) ELISA kits includes individual kits for quantitation of IgG, IgA and IgM autoantibodies and a qualitative IgG, A, M screening kit. Detection and quantitation of autoantibodies to B2GP1 can be useful in conjunction with anti-cardiolipin antibodies as an aid to the diagnosis of anti-phospholipid syndrome.
Each kit contains 12 x 8 well breakapart, color-coded strips, pre-diluted calibrators, positive and negative controls, conjugate substrate, sample diluent, stop solution and a QC certificate.
