Three biotin-labeling reagents for coupling to proteins are supplied in a single-use OneQuant™ format. OneQuant NHS-biotin binds to primary amines and is membrane permeable; OneQuant sulfo-NHS-LC-biotin binds to primary amines, is water soluble and membrane impermeable, and has a long spacer arm. OneQuant iodoacetyl-LC-biotin binds to sulfhydryl residues, is membrane permeable, and is soluble in inorganic solvents. All three OneQuant biotin reagents are offered as high-grade, 2-mg aliquots.
