Raleigh, NC —  InoLife Technologies, a healthcare products development and marketing company has appointed Michael W. Hunter a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the board’s Executive Committee.

Hunter has more than 25 years of extensive executive management and business development experience. Currently, he is a senior vice president at Carriage Hill Partners, New York City, where he has facilitated the growth of companies between $50 million and $300 million in challenging markets. He specializes in identifying strategic merger and acquisition targets, capital growth initiatives, and financial restructuring.

Prior to Carriage Hill, Hunter was president of Development Corporation of Destin in Florida where he identified regional joint ventures,
strategic partnerships, structured finance and overall corporate strategy.
