The Scienceware® Vibrasorb® Vibration Damping Platform features a heavyweight platform (46 pounds, or 209 kg) that is supported on nonslip damping feet that isolate the instrument from the vibration source. The surface area of the platform measures 13-1/2" x 11" (34 cm x 27.5 cm) to accommodate most balances and other vibration-sensitive equipment.
The Vibrasorb Platform is molded of high-impact polystyrene with a solid cast core. Designed for benchtop use, the overall dimensions of the platform are 4-1/2" high x 13-1/2" deep x 15-1/4" wide (11 cm high x 34 cm deep x 38 cm wide).
