product The ValProbe wireless, process validation system eliminates the need to hard-wire sensors to equipment such as depyrogenation tunnels, ethylene oxide sterilizers or rotating machinery for validation studies.
The system delivers full regulatory compliance with EU CE certification and FDA 21CFR Part II to ensure electronic data integrity and security measures that emphasize user accountability.
The logger collects and processes information from up to 10 probes in one operation. System software automatically recognizes and reads each probe, processes the data and generates reports tailored to the specific needs of the study.
The logger station battery indicator measures how long a probe has been in use so the client can assess whether to use it or replace it prior to initiating a study. As a result, study reliability can be enhanced by minimizing the risk of battery failure. If a battery should fail, the user is alerted and can de-select that specific sensor while preserving the integrity of the remaining data.
The temperature sensor of the ValProbe is a platinum resistance thermometer device (RTD), rather than the more commonly used thermistor technology. The RTD enables accurate measurements from -60ºC to 360ºC, eliminating the need to purchase multiple devices for varied applications such as steam validation and freeze dry studies.
In addition, the sensor can measure temperature, temperature/humidity or temperature/pressure and download the information from the same sensor.
