The company showcased its latest automation and informatics platforms designed to improve laboratory efficiency and diagnostic accuracy.
Sysmex America showcased its latest diagnostic innovations, including the XR-Series hematology solution and the CN-9000 Automated Hemostasis Solution, at the 2026 Association for Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine (ADLM) Clinical Lab Expo in Anaheim, California.
The XR-Series hematology solution builds on the company’s previous platforms with higher throughput, enhanced analytics, and 3D scattergram technology. The lineup includes the XR-1000, which is capable of processing up to 110 samples per hour using onboard decision rules to help standardize testing. For high-volume laboratories, the modular XR-9000 is designed to increase throughput and reduce manual touchpoints for staff.

In addition to hematology, the company highlighted the CN-9000 Automated Hemostasis Solution. This system offers continuous sample loading and automated rerun and reflex testing to help streamline operations in busy, high-volume laboratory environments.

The company also demonstrated CentralOps, a customizable informatics software platform designed to unify data, surface insights, and monitor laboratory workflows in real time. For urinalysis, Sysmex showcased the UN-Series, an automated platform that integrates dipstick testing, sediment analysis, and digital imaging to maximize walkaway time for technicians.
Other technologies featured at the expo included the PS-10 for flow cytometry automation and the XF-1600, a 10-color flow cytometer currently designated for research use only. The display also included the DIFF-Line by CellaVision for blood cell differential workflows, and Sentinel SENTiFIT systems for high-throughput fecal occult blood and calprotectin testing.
