The Accuclot D-dimer test is a semi-quantitative assay used in the evaluation of disseminated intravascular coagulation, pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis.
This assay features sensitivity to 250 ng/mL, high negative predictive value, clinical sensitivity comparable to the ELISA method, results within 3.5 minutes, well-defined monoclonal antibody specific for fibrin D-dimer and latex agglutination method.
