The Matech Fluorescent Reference Standard allows clinicians to calibrate wavelengths and intensity according to their ideal requirements. The introduction of the blue TR-460 color plate increases accuracy, as it mimics quinine sulfate, but is more stable.
For both wavelengths and intensity calibration these inorganic fluorescent reference standards feature stability that can be superior to organic dye doped polymer standards. This allows for the calibration of fluorescent plate readers and DNA sequence detectors.
Reference plates are available in four types: TR-460 (blue), TR-418 (Violet), TR-517 (green) and TR-613 (red).
