The Titan Gas Analyzer Systems extractive FTIR spectrometer for realtime analysis of multiple compounds consists of an I-Series FTIR Spectrometer, a permanently aligned, corrosion-resistant metal gas cell and AutoQuant software.
The optical and electronic components are hermetically sealed in a cast aluminum chassis for thermal stability and protection from damaging exposures. Gas cells with path lengths from one cm to 100 meters are mounted externally for easy access.
The analyte reactivity and the concentration ranges of interest will dictate the appropriate cell. Dual- cell configurations with pneumatic optical switches are available for applications with wide dynamic measurement ranges. The metal cells can be isothermally heated to 200ºC to prevent condensation.
