Harvard Apparatus Inc gel filtration sephadex SpinColumns are used for fast and easy cleanup of DNA, RNA, protein, peptide, and nucleotide preparations. The SpinColumns, which are SBS-compliant for automation, are offered in three sample sizes: the ultramicro SpinColumn from 10 to 25 mL; the micro SpinColumn from 25 to 75 mL; and the macro SpinColumn from 75 to 150 mL. They also are available in a 96-well format that has a sample volume of 25–100 mL. The columns also can be attached to a syringe using adapters.
